Marco Hinz

Marco Hinz is the Chief Operating Officer at CrossLend. Prior to joining CrossLend, Marco was the Head of Software Engineering at INQUENCE GmbH from January 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they were the IT Project Manager at HALLHUBER GMBH from December 2015 to April 2016. From October 2013 to November 2015, Marco was the Technical Project Manager at Session Digital GmbH. In November 2016, Marco became the Head of IT at ElbeZeit GmbH and held that position until December 2018. Marco then served as the CEO at codedge from December 2018 until joining CrossLend in 2020. Prior to their work in executive roles, Marco was a PHP / Magento Developer at DMK E-BUSINESS GmbH from May 2011 to September 2013 and an ERP Consultant at IPML Institut für Produktionssteuerung, Materialwirtschaft und Logistik GmbH from September 2010 to April 2011.

They are on a team with Antonine Sanchez - Head of Legal, Ingo Rieger - Country Head - Austria, and Stefan Kleff - Chief Technology Officer. Marco Hinz reports to Oliver Schimek, CEO & Founder.
