Scott L. Romans

Scott L. Romans, CPA, ABV, CFF, began their career in public accounting in December 2009 and currently serves as the Lexington Office Managing Principal for Crosslin. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Transylvania University and have earned several professional credentials, including CPA, ABV, CFF, and CFE. Scott works primarily with closely-held businesses, offering expertise in complex tax planning, compliance, and a range of consulting services. They have also served on the Board of Directors for Lexington Habitat for Humanity since 2025 and were recognized with a Standing Ovation for exemplary professional achievement by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2017.
