John Crossman

John Crossman, CCIM, CRX, currently serves as the host of "The Crossman Conversation," a weekly radio show focused on collaborative leadership solutions for societal challenges. As President of CrossMarc Services since 2020, John leads a commercial real estate advisory, brokerage, and investment firm prioritizing client success in Central Florida. Additionally, John founded Crossman Career Builders to assist college students and young professionals in reaching their full potential, primarily through engagements based on the book "Career Killers/Career Builders." Previously, John was CEO of Crossman & Company, where leadership underpinned regional retail leasing operations. John's extensive background includes pivotal roles at ICSC, where contributions were made to key committees, and at Trammell Crow Company, advancing real estate development and management. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University.
