Paula Thill is an accomplished professional in the field of customer service management with extensive experience leading teams in various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Order Management at Crossmatch since February 2015, Paula manages a dedicated team focused on enhancing customer service for global clientele and optimizing the order to cash flow cycle.
