Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan is a Partner at Crossplane Capital, a private equity firm in Dallas focused on investing in industrial business services, niche manufacturing, and value-added distribution businesses since October 2018. Prior to this role, Michael served as Managing Director at Prophet Equity from August 2010 to August 2018 and worked as a Financial Analyst in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey from July 2007 to August 2010. Michael began a career in consulting as an Intern at McKinsey & Company in early 2006. Michael holds a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in accounting from the SMU Cox School of Business and has also attended the Swiss Finance Academy.
