Boris Katsnelson

Boris Katsnelson is currently the Managing Director at Black Iron Advisers, a boutique investment bank focused on maximizing value for entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized companies. Boris is also involved in partnerships at CrossPurpose and serves as the Managing Partner at Katalyst Partners, which invests in consumer goods and franchising industries. With previous experience as the CEO of Cedar, President and CEO of SpeedPro Imaging, and ownership roles in businesses such as Ultra Cuisine and Primrose Schools, Boris has a diverse background in entrepreneurship and finance. Boris is a member of the Entrepreneurs'​ Organization and holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
