Kurt Post

Kurt Post is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and therapeutic roles across various settings. Currently serving as a Counselor at CrossPurpose since January 2024, Kurt previously held multiple positions at Sandstone Care, including Clinical Lead Therapist, where responsibilities encompassed training clinical staff and providing therapy for young adults with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Kurt's background also includes therapeutic roles at Transition Counseling Center, Griffith Centers for Children, Savio House, and Shiloh House, with expertise in delivering evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. An educational foundation in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary complements Kurt's dedication to supporting youth and families in need, having also directed junior high youth programs early in the career.
