Taylor Lahey

Taylor Lahey is currently the Lead Coach at CrossPurpose, where they focus on empowering teams and building community. Prior to this role, Taylor served as the NextGen Pastor at Mosaic, overseeing programs for families and youth and managing budgets while fostering volunteer engagement. Taylor has extensive experience in leadership development, having worked at Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church as the Director of High School Discipleship, where they successfully implemented programs and coordinated large events. They hold a Master of Divinity with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
