Whitney Holman

Whitney Holman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, community engagement, and public relations. Currently serving as an Employer Engagement Specialist at CrossPurpose since April 2024, Whitney previously held the position of Director of Education at Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, where innovative educational programs were developed for K-12 students and teachers. Whitney's background includes roles such as Elementary Educator at Lighthouse Academies, where notable improvements in standardized test scores were achieved, and Church Partnership Coordinator at The CALL in Pulaski County, which resulted in a significant increase in foster care advocacy within the African-American community. Additional experience spans various marketing and community outreach positions, including Community Educator at Healthcare Express and Communications Manager at Antioch Full Gospel Baptist Church, where membership increased through a successful rebranding campaign. Whitney holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Arkansas State University.
