Susan Collins

Susan Collins has over 25 years of experience in community engagement and member services, currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at Crossref since February 2008. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Member Services Coordinator at Crossref and worked as the Assistant to the Executive Director at Boston University Medical Center from April 1998 to February 2008. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Stonehill College.
