John Gray has extensive experience in human resources and career transition facilitation. Since August 2011, John has served as a Facilitator for Crossroads Career Network at FBCJAX, assisting individuals in aligning with their God-given callings. Previously, John was the Human Resources Director at England-Thims & Miller, Inc. from January 2004 to February 2012, where responsibilities included managing recruiting, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance. John also directed and facilitated the Career Transition Workshop from February 2004 to September 2011, focusing on support for the unemployed and underemployed. Additionally, John held the position of Membership Director for SHRM Jacksonville from 2008 to 2010, promoting engagement within the local HR community. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Workforce Education & Development with a focus on Human Resources Management from Southern Illinois University, and a high school diploma from Calumet Senior High School.
