Ryan Hand

Ryan Hand, M.Ed, BCBA, LABA, is the Program Director at Crossroads Continuum, where they lead the Commons Program, providing vital services to adults with disabilities. With over a decade of experience in disability services, Ryan has held various roles, including Transition Coordinator and Program Manager at Crossroads. They previously served as the Educational, Behavioral and Transitional Service Coordinator at Crossroads School and as a Residential Supervisor at Germaine Lawrence. Currently, Ryan is a board member for the Autism Society of Massachusetts, advocating for the rights and dignity of individuals with developmental disabilities. They hold a Master of Education from Cambridge College and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
