John Rouch

John Rouch possesses extensive experience in the recreational vehicle industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at CrossRoads RV since July 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and management. Prior to this role, John held the position of Lamination Production Manager at CrossRoads RV. Additionally, experience as Lamination Supervisor at Redwood RV from August 2010 to July 2015 and as a Welder at KZ RV from January 2004 to August 2010 further demonstrates a strong background in production and manufacturing. John completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at the Indiana Institute of Technology and holds a high school diploma from East Noble High School, obtained in 1996.
