The Manufacturing Team at CrossRoads RV is responsible for the assembly and production of the company's various recreational vehicles. Line Workers handle the assembly processes, ensuring each vehicle meets quality standards. The Sidewall Build team constructs and installs the sidewalls of the RVs, while the Upholstery team focuses on the installation and finishing of interior fabrics and cushioning to ensure comfort and aesthetic appeal.
