Jackie Kovach

Jackie Kovach is an experienced professional in membership development and guest experience, currently serving as the VP of Membership Development & Experience at Crossroads YMCA since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jackie held various positions at Bosak Auto Group, including Director of Communications and Guest Experience Specialist, from December 2020 to May 2025. Jackie also has extensive experience in hospitality, having worked at White Lodging Services from March 2013 to May 2020 in various management roles, and briefly served as Director of Community Relations for the Windy City ThunderBolts in 2012. Jackie began the professional journey as a Marketing/Fundraising Intern with the Windy City ThunderBolts in 2011. Jackie earned a degree in Tourism Management with a focus on Meeting and Event Planning from Indiana University Bloomington between 2008 and 2012.
