Katheryn Maxwell

Katheryn Maxwell is a dedicated wellness professional and community advocate currently serving as the Wellness Director at Crossroads YMCA. Previously, they were the Wellness Director at YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, where they coordinated various wellness programs and mentored staff through industry changes. As the chair of the African American Resource Network ERG, Katheryn led initiatives to promote diversity, support BIPOC businesses, and foster community engagement. They have actively volunteered with local organizations and participated in DEI training to enhance conversations around diversity and inclusion. Katheryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Science from Spring Arbor University.
