Griff Ray

Director Of Community Development - Crossroads Anywhere at Crossroads Church

Griff Ray has gained extensive work experience in the church community. Griff started their career at Crossroads Christian Church in 1990 as a Youth Minister and held this role until 2003. Griff then joined Bridgetown Church of Christ as a Senior Minister from 2003 to 2007. Griff returned to Crossroads Christian Church in 2007 as a Teaching Pastor and Andover Campus Pastor until 2016. From 2017 to the present, they have been with Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, OH, where they first served as the Director of First Impressions and later became the Community Pastor. Currently, they are the Director of Community Development - Crossroads Anywhere, where they work with individuals who engage with the church online to develop communities called "Tables" based on the teachings of Jesus.

Griff Ray started their education in 1988 at Cincinnati Christian University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Bible/Biblical Studies. Griff completed their undergraduate program in 1992. Later, in 2006, Griff attended Cincinnati Bible Seminary to embark on their Masters Degree in Leadership. However, their enrollment at the seminary lasted only until 2007.
