Joseph Jones

Joseph Jones is an experienced leader and community advocate with a diverse background in non-profit management and youth empowerment. Currently serving as the ReachOut Director for Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, Ohio since September 2014, Joseph emphasizes service and support for those in need. Previous roles include Community Relations Specialist at Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, where Joseph focused on preventing high school dropouts and fostering success for vulnerable youth, and Director of Corporate Outreach for The Spirit of Cincinnatus, a charitable organization dedicated to improving community quality of life. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Director at the Fire Museum of Greater Cincinnati and as National Recruiting Project Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP. Joseph's career began in the U.S. Navy, where a foundation in personnel management was established. Education was received at Cuyamaca College and Oak Hills.
