Matthew Arena has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matthew began their career as a Ticket Sales Representative at the University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics in 2015. Matthew then worked as a Client Relationship Associate at Legacy Financial Advisors for a few months before joining Breakout Games as a Shift Leader, where they led teams and facilitated memorable experiences for guests.

In 2017, Matthew had multiple roles; they worked as a Sales Associate at The North Face for a few months and served as a Merchandise Sales Representative at MadTree Brewing, LLC.

From 2017 to 2019, Matthew joined Crossroads Church as a Project Manager, where they coordinated events and projects, managed social accounts, and built systems for more efficient operations. Matthew also co-founded and managed the production of an annual primitive camping experience for college students as the College Camp Creative Director. Later, they were promoted to Creative Director, where they built and directed creative and experiential projects for two brands and set brand direction across multiple platforms.

Throughout their work experience, Matthew has demonstrated leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to manage teams and resources effectively.

Matthew Arena attended Westmont Hilltop High School from 2010 to 2014 where they completed their high school education. After graduating from high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Administration & Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. Matthew attended the University of Cincinnati from 2014 to 2016.
