Matthew Murphy

Matthew Murphy is an experienced operations and IT service delivery manager with a strong background in transforming processes and leading teams to achieve significant improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as the ReachOut Operations Manager at Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, Ohio since October 2013, Matthew previously held the position of Operations Manager at Touchstone Group Associates, where the focus was on enhancing operational processes. Prior to that, Matthew spent nearly nine years at Hewlett-Packard, advancing from managing a small team to overseeing a global team of 70, generating $20 million in annual revenue for major services. Matthew began the career at Procter & Gamble, advancing to leadership roles responsible for over $30 million in annual expenditures. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
