Michael C has extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles, currently serving as the Base Camp Director at Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, OH since March 2012, focusing on transforming lives by encouraging individuals to step outside their comfort zones. In addition, Michael C has been a Senior Consultant at MHConsulting since March 1994, where the focus is on building relationships and tackling complex challenges. Prior military experience includes serving as a team member in elite reconnaissance units of the United States Marine Corps, specifically with the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, and 1st Force Reconnaissance Company from 1986 to 1994. Michael C holds a degree from American Military University.
