Jonathan Trott

Jonathan Trott has a diverse background in leadership and operational management within both religious and organizational settings. Currently serving as the Director of Advancement at Crossway since January 2024, Jonathan has previously held key positions including Production Manager and Operational Excellence Manager at Matrix Design, LLC from December 2021 to December 2023. An extensive tenure at Hope Fellowship Church spanned from July 2011 to November 2021, where Jonathan progressed from Associate Pastor to Executive Pastor. Earlier experience includes church planting with ABWE from July 1997 to June 2011 and IT support at Camcraft, Inc. from July 1997 to January 1999. Jonathan's academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Religious Studies from Baptist Bible Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Bible with a focus on Pastoral Studies from Clarks Summit University.
