Hans Henrik Groth

Hans Henrik Groth is the Founder and CEO of CrossWorkers. Hans has over 20 years of experience in administration, sales and marketing, and supplier contact. Prior to CrossWorkers, they were the Director and VP of InCaptiva A/S from August 2009 to May 2014. Hans also served as the HR Director - VP, Human Resource for Mondo A/S from February 2005 to July 2009 where they were responsible for HR development & strategy, M&A, recruitment, talent management, international management, and secretary to the Mondo board. In 2010, they became the CEO of Foreningen af 8 januar and held that position until 2017. Hans also served as the Operational Manager for Basset A/S from March 2002 to February 2005 and as the Marketing Manager for Inter Chalet A/S from January 2001 to January 2002.

Hans Henrik Groth has a HD-A in Marketing from Copenhagen Business School, a BA in International Marketing from Lyngby Uddannelsescenter, and an SG in Millitary from Sergentskolen Sønderborg (SGSØ).
