Bruce Bashwiner

Division President, Facilities Management at Crothall Healthcare

Bruce Bashwiner is division president for all Crothall Healthcare’s Facilities Management Operations, overseeing Facilities Management Services, Plant Operations Management, Energy Management Services, Project Management Operations, and Medical Gas Services for more than 1500 Healthcare facilities across the United States. Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the industry.

He joined Crothall Facilities Management (CFMI) in 1994 as the director of Facilities Management, Construction, and Clinical Engineering at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, New Jersey. Over the years, he held various leadership positions in Facilities Management.

In 2014, Bruce accepted the position of senior associate vice president for University Facilities and Services for both the university and seven-hospital healthcare system operations portfolio at the University of Rochester in Western New York. Bruce returned to the Compass One/Crothall Healthcare family in October of 2019 as the division president for Crothall Healthcare’s Facilities Management Division.

Bruce attended Lincoln Technical Institute where he earned his Associate’s Level Certification in Mechanical Systems Design, Operations, and Technologies. He then completed his studies at Colorado Technical University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Property Management Concentration. Bruce is a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) with the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.
