Jeff Gerber

Jeff Gerber is an accomplished Talent Manager with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment spanning several industries. Currently at Crothall Healthcare since July 2015, Gerber manages talent acquisition for the Environmental Services Department across seven Florida Hospital campuses. Prior roles include Field Human Resources and Management Recruiting at DenSuccess (Denny's), where Gerber supported up to 45 restaurants across six states. Gerber has also served as an HR Management Consultant at Creative Management Solutions, and held various directorial positions at Denny's, overseeing HR support for over 1,600 franchise locations. With a strong background in workforce development, Gerber has created training programs for the American Hotel & Lodging Association and has held executive roles at organizations such as AppleOne, TempForce, and Olsten Staffing Services. Gerber holds a degree from Wilkes College.
