John Jepsen

John Jepsen has extensive experience in management within healthcare and environmental services. Currently serving as the Resident Regional Director at Crothall Healthcare since June 2006, John previously worked as the Resident Regional Manager at UMass Memorial Medical Center from July 2006 to March 2022, overseeing a large medical center with a $25 million budget and management of 300 staff. Prior to that role, John directed environmental services at Salmon Family of Services from September 1997 to June 2006, managing operations for a retirement community. John also held the position of Regional Manager at Acorn Environmental Services from April 1995 to September 1997, where consulting focused on workforce motivation and the introduction of new technologies. John graduated with a diploma in General Studies from Bryant University and completed studies at Newton North High School.
