Joseph Ward, MAOM, is the Director of Environmental Services at Crothall Healthcare, having previously served as General Manager Operations at Aramark Healthcare and as a Director of Environmental Services at multiple healthcare facilities. With a Master's Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & Communications, they have demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills throughout their career. Joseph has a proven track record in team building, change management, and achieving high employee and patient engagement metrics. They also held an Adjunct Faculty position at Concordia University-Wisconsin, teaching Organization Behavior and Principles of Management. Prior roles include significant leadership positions in hospital housekeeping systems and a decade of military service as a Senior Personnel Sergeant in the US Army.
