Michael Lister

Michael Lister is an experienced leader in environmental services and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Environmental Services for Crothall Healthcare at both Virtua Health Voorhees and Virtua Health Marlton since March 2017. Responsible for a $2 million budget and a team of 28 employees, Michael focuses on employee engagement, retention, training, and performance management. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Virtua Health Marlton, where oversight of the Environmental Service and Linen department was key, as well as Resident Manager Supervisor/Operations Supervisor at Ambrosia Treatment Center. Michael's extensive background in sales management spans various companies, including Keurig Green Mountain and BACARDI USA, where strategic territory management and distributor relations were central to success. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Capella University and a B.A. in Economics from Rowan University.
