Phyllis Parks

Phyllis Parks brings 16 years of HR experience in various industries to her role as vice president of human resources for Compass One Healthcare. She joined Compass One in early 2022 and looks forward to the challenge of this position as it is her first in the healthcare industry. Her mission is to lead the field HR strategy for Crothall Healthcare to contribute to and enable business success through talent, people, and processes.

Before joining Compass One Healthcare, Phyllis worked for US Foods, Lance Inc and Pepsico in various HR leadership roles. Before starting her HR career, Phyllis previously worked in the property and casualty insurance industry as a risk analyst and, later, as a stay-at-home-mom, fundraiser, and organizer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Phyllis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the College of William and Mary. She is a SHRM – Senior Certified Professional and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2009.
