Ryan Lamb

Ryan Lamb currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Crothall Healthcare, where responsibilities include overseeing over 100 full-time equivalents, developing staff, and implementing policies to enhance operational efficiency. With a strong focus on budgeting and performance measurement, Ryan has achieved a remarkable audit score of 99 percent and contributed to the organization receiving recognition in the President’s Council. Prior to this role, Ryan held various leadership positions within Crothall Healthcare, including Patient Flow Manager, where achievements included a 96 percent audit score and improved patient throughput. Ryan also gained valuable management experience as General Manager at Subway, driving significant sales growth and reducing employee turnover, and served as Assistant Camp Director at Advantage Basketball Camps. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Marshall University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Presbyterian College.
