Ryan Nowicki

Ryan Nowicki, CHFM, CEM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and plant operations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Crothall Healthcare since January 2014, responsibilities include managing a team of 40 engineers and overseeing the operation and maintenance of both the High Pressure Boiler Plant and Chiller Plant. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions including Account Manager at Ashland, Inc., where management of a $600,000 water treatment business was essential, and Operating Engineer at the National Corn-to-Ethanol Research Center, focusing on pilot plant operations and system design. Additional experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant in Engineering Economics at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and design positions at Woodward MPC. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has further education from North Carolina State University.
