Tom Rohmann

Tom Rohmann currently serves as the Infrastructure Director for MedStar Health System at Crothall Healthcare, a role initiated in October 2024, where responsibilities include designing deferred maintenance strategies and managing operational policies for multiple hospital sites. Prior to this position, Rohmann was the Service Order Program Manager at J&J Worldwide Services from August 2019 to October 2024, overseeing project managers in support of Walter Reed Hospital's operational and maintenance mission. Rohmann also contributed as an IJO Project Manager for both Valiant Integrated Services and ABM Industries, managing projects supporting the National Museum of Health and Medicine and maintaining strong client relationships. An independent contractor from 2005 to 2016, Rohmann managed numerous property valuation and feasibility projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Pace University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
