Hailey Day

Hailey Day is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Croud since November 2021, Hailey previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior experience includes positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RTT, a Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Coordinator at Hogan Lovells, and a Senior Recruitment Consultant at HR Solutions. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in the same field from the University of Johannesburg.
