Tara Pierce

Tara Pierce is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as M&A Director at Croud, a performance marketing agency recognized as the Performance Marketing Agency of the Year, since July 2021. Prior to this role, Tara worked as an M&A Advisor for the Specialist Risk Group, focusing on a private equity-backed Buy & Build strategy, and held the position of Associate Vice President in Technology Investment Banking at Technology Holdings in 2019. Tara's earlier career includes five years at EY as a Corporate Finance Executive in the TMT sector and a summer internship at AIB. Education includes a BA in Finance and Business from Bournemouth University and certifications from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
