Rick Otterloo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operational roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at CROW since March 2017, Rick is responsible for knowledge application and management of the corporate website. Kennis toepasbaar maken voor de praktijk. Dat is wat CROW doet. Elke dag opnieuw. CROW is namelijk hét nationale kennisplatform voor infrastructuur, verkeer, vervoer en openbare ruimte. CROW bundelt kennis, initieert en coördineert programma’s en organiseert de financiering. Minstens zo belangrijk is het om de kennis daar te krijgen waar mensen deze nodig hebben. Daarom geeft CROW publicaties uit, organiseert congressen en geeft workshops en cursussen. Daarnaast biedt CROW ondersteuning via helpdesks, infopunten en websites. Het ontwikkelen en beheren van kennis is iets wat CROW niet alleen kan. Daarom wordt een beroep gedaan op externe professionals.
