Robin Oostveen

Robin Oostveen is an experienced professional in asset management and road maintenance, currently serving as an adviser at SWECO since April 2016 and as a road manager for werkorganisatie HLTsamen since January 2023. Additionally, Robin has been involved with CROW as a lecturer in road management systems and visual inspection since January 2011. Previous positions include consultancy roles at Grontmij Nederland b.v. since 1990 and various detachment assignments with municipalities such as gemeente Culemborg, gemeente Hoorn, and gemeente Purmerend. Robin's early career included work as a work preparer and specification maker for the Provincie Zuid-Holland from August 1988 to February 1990, complemented by education from MSG - Leiden.
