Simon Holwerda

Simon Holwerda is a seasoned consultant specializing in contract management, currently serving as a Consultant Contractmanagement at EIFFEL Projects since January 2023. In addition, Simon has been a Docent Systeemgerichte Contractbeheersing at CROW since March 2019 and previously held roles at Balance - Advies, Projecten, Interim as a Consultant Contractmanagement and at Gemeente Den Haag as a Contractmanager from November 2018 to October 2023. Simon's extensive experience in the field also includes a tenure at Royal HaskoningDHV as an Advisor Infrastructure from September 2003 to October 2018. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Infrastructure planning from Delft University of Technology, obtained between 1996 and 2002.
