John Furrier

John Furrier is the co-founder and CEO of Crowdchat. John has been a technology contributor to Forbes since September 2011, with a focus on the intersection of Silicon Valley and business. John is also a former founder and CEO of PodTech, where they pioneered web 2.0 and social media solutions for corporations via podcasting. In 2006, they stepped down as CEO but remained on the board as the company transitioned from a media platform to a video production company. The company was eventually sold to a LA firm in 2008.

John Furrier has a BS from the College of Computer Science at Northeastern University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a degree in Computer Science from St Joseph Regional.
