Don Ho, Esq. is a co-founder at BDH Consultants with extensive experience in F&B development and operations. Prior to this role, Don worked as an Attorney At Law at SINC Legal, handling legal matters for a range of client companies. Don's expertise includes negotiating and drafting various agreements, M&A deals, real estate transactions, and providing legal support to start-up companies.
