David Coe

David Coe, P.E., is a Senior Lead Preconstruction Estimator currently working at Crowder. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, David has previously held various roles, including Project Manager and Estimator at Woodward Design+Build, where they managed significant projects and developed innovative cost-saving methods. They also served as a Field Engineer with Traylor Bros., Inc. and Traylor-Massman-Weeks, LLC, coordinating complex field operations. In a contract role with Audubon Companies at Shell, David managed over thirty small capital projects, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
