Jacob Neumann

Jacob Neumann, DBIA Assoc., serves as a Senior Project Manager at Crowder since January 2025, previously holding the role of Project Manager at Ulliman Schutte Construction from April 2017 to January 2025, where responsibilities included management of significant wastewater treatment projects. Jacob has an extensive background in project management, having worked on various projects including the Grand Forks Regional Water Treatment Plant and multiple water infrastructure projects throughout North Dakota. Jacob served as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army National Guard from January 2001 to July 2021, with two deployments in Iraq. Previous roles include Project Manager/Estimator at Knife River Corporation and project management positions at AECOM, The Corval Group, and Northern Plains Contracting. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and a B.S. in Construction Management from North Dakota State University.
