Beginning as a Plumber at Eaton Plumbing Company in 1994, Randy transitioned to sales roles at Clow Water Systems and RAMSCO, Inc. between 1995 and 2007. Since March 2007, Randy has served as a Senior Estimator in the Civil & Environmental Division at Crowder Construction Company, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and solar fields, and managing teams of 5 to 7 members. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from DePauw University, obtained in 1994.
