Steven Fortson

Steven Fortson has extensive experience in safety management across various industries, currently serving as the CIC Safety Director at Crowder since November 2017. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Safety Manager at Dominion Virginia Power from July 2015 to October 2017 and held the position of Safety Coordinator at Crowder Construction Company from March 2004 to July 2015. Earlier in Steven's career, positions included Division Manager at Advance Auto Parts and Correctional Officer at the South Carolina Department of Corrections, along with service in the United States Marine Corps. Steven Fortson holds certifications from the Georgia Institute of Technology, including OSHA 500 and 510, as well as OSHA 10 and 30 hour trainer qualifications.
