Joanne Shipman

Joanne Shipman, MSIDT, CAPM, is a seasoned professional in instructional design and training, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer and Trainer at CrowdPlat since January 2025. Prior to this role, Joanne was a Senior Instructional Designer and Project Manager at Skyline-ATS from October 2019 to January 2025, where a significant focus was on transforming project briefs into impactful training solutions. Joanne also led a team at The UPS Store as the Lead Instructional Designer, developing training materials for the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Earlier experience includes work as an Instructional Designer and Trainer at Avnet, where Joanne facilitated a blended learning experience, and roles in product management and semiconductor asset management at Intel Corporation. Joanne holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton, and has pursued additional project management education at UC San Diego.
