Austin is currently working as an Emergency Medical Technician - Basic at ProTransport-1 and CrowdRx. Previously, Austin held various positions at the University of Southern California, including roles in Human Resources and as a Research Assistant at the Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. Austin has a degree in Neuroscience with a focus on pre-Physician Assistant/Associate from USC, and has also completed courses at UCLA Center for Prehospital Care, San Jose State University, UC Berkeley Extension, and Bay Area Medical Academy.
