Jen Byyny

Jen Byyny has a diverse work experience in design and product management. Jen has held various leadership roles in companies such as CrowdSolve, Strava, Teladoc Health, Livongo, Welltok (a Virgin Pulse company), Looker, Yahoo, and Zaudhaus, Inc. Jen'sroles have included positions such as Design Mentor, Senior Director of Product Design Growth, and Senior Director of Product Design. Throughout their career, they have led teams and focused on areas such as user experience, product design, brand design, and design research. Jen has a passion for connecting consumers to the right resources and creating seamless experiences for telemedicine, chronic conditions, and mental health. Jen has demonstrated strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, user testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Jen Byyny's education history includes a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Media Design from ArtCenter College of Design. Additionally, they have completed a course in Front-End Web Development at General Assembly. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Boston University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the SAFe Agilist Certification from Welltok, a Virgin Pulse company, in October 2019.
