Glen Waters

Glen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with over 13 years’ experience in finance and business. Currently at PwC, he has spent the last 9 years there specialising in M&A and due diligence advising entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses, corporate and private equity clients in the mid-tier deal space.

Glen’s experience includes a secondment as Deputy CFO to a £100m+ revenue private-equity portfolio business where he was responsible for implementing management information and controls, hiring a finance team and preparing the business for an exit process. He has also been involved as a board advisor and mentor to a number of entrepreneurs and SMEs.
