Hunter Marr

Hunter Marr has a diverse work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Hunter is currently serving as the Director of Marketplace Operations at CrowdStreet, where they oversee the scheduling and operations of an online marketplace connecting real estate sponsors with investors. Prior to this, they served on the Board of Directors at Global InterXchange, where they successfully raised funds and credit facility for fiber connectivity projects. Hunter has also worked as a Certified Firefighter at Chatham Emergency Services. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kanmar Commercial, where they served from 2018 to 2021. Furthermore, Hunter worked as the Director of Real Estate Services at Unico Properties LLC, managing a portfolio of properties in Colorado. Hunter also served as a General Manager at CBRE and played a crucial role in managing a large portfolio of assets. In addition, Hunter has extensive experience as a COO/VP at Maram Holdings, where they played a significant role in growing the company's assets and overseeing various business lines.

Hunter Marr, LEED AP, RPA earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Economics from William & Mary in the years 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Firefighter from the Georgia Firefighter Standards and Training Council. Hunter is also a Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA®), both obtained from BOMI International.
