Bhanu Parlapalli

Bhanu Parlapalli is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software and cloud engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at CrowdStrike since May 2025, Bhanu previously held several key roles at Gigamon from November 2013 to May 2025, including Vice President of AI & Cloud Software Engineering, where responsibilities included leading a distributed engineering team and overseeing the development of AI and cloud products. Earlier positions at Gigamon involved senior leadership roles in cloud software engineering across various platforms. An accomplished engineer, Bhanu's career began at Broadcom Corporation, followed by positions at Accenia Inc and Wind River, focusing on network software and embedded systems. Bhanu holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
