Callum McDonald

Callum McDonald is currently the Vulnerability Engineering Manager at CrowdStrike, where they oversee the vulnerability management life cycle service for the UK and Switzerland. Prior to this role, Callum served as a Senior Technical Analyst and IT Security Engineer, contributing significantly to security policy changes and vulnerability management. Callum gained extensive experience as a Technical Analyst at Deloitte, providing high-level technical support and earning an ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management. They began their career as a Computer Analyst at New Koncepts, where they developed valuable IT and communication skills. Callum holds a Diploma in IT, System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from Milton Keynes College.
